Because we recognize that every customer has unique requirements, we offer a custom-made process to alleviate your concerns whether you’re a large petrochemical company, a commercial management company or industrial manufacturer. Our process is simple:
First, we assign a service manager who assesses the situation on site along with the customer to be sure there’s agreement on the nature of the industrial refrigeration or commercial air conditioning problem. Then we send a Product and Service Agreement with pricing, outlining the scope of work and materials required. Next, Neva assigns a technician(s) who operates under the direct supervision of the service manager to be sure everything’s completed as expected. Finally, the service manager verifies the job completion standards and follows the billing and collection process.
